Freestone produces concept albums inspired by mystical traditions. The name comes from 'Freestone mason', used in Freemasonry. The first album is called The Temple of Humanity and is inspired by this system of morality. The album is officialy released on the 1st of May by Pink Records.
Music and lyrics refer to the symbolism and rituals of Freemasonry. For artwork several artists of whom a few are Freemasons have contributed a (Masonic) work of art.
Freestone wants to produce popular music with a different sound. Pop and rock music of which the content refers to different themes commonly found in popmusic. By means of progressive popmusic there is attention for mystical traditions, that can contribute to quality of live.

Howdy!
Just wanted to pop in and give you a heads up on Sommersby's October Competition!
If you haven't already heard, the competition (hot on the heels of his recent neck-in-neck September fiesta) will offer 20 parts for the winner and is open to all artists that have between $9999 and $0 in budget.
Please check the forum for updates on contest rules and regs….starts 25 October!
This is a great opportunity for you. Campaign with the believers to let them know you'd like to be nominated and encourage them to vote for you when the time comes.
Of course, if you'd like to, or you know someone who would like to, donate parts for the prizes in the Competition, just send (or have them send) Sommersby the details under a message marked “October Donation."
